As President and Sales Manager of Church Insurance Specialists, Ron spends a lot of time traveling to meet with prospective clients and to review policies with current customers. Ron has a bachelor’s degree in Church Management, a master’s degree in Church Leadership, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Theology.

Ron is a retired Pennsylvania State Trooper with an extensive background in criminal investigations.

Ron is very active in his local church and serves as a member of the board of directors and as a vocalist on the worship team. Ron has a great love for the church at-large, and for its God-given mission to evangelize the world.

John is the Vice President and Accounts Manager for Church Insurance Specialists. He enjoys spending time out of the office meeting with existing and prospective customers. John’s extensive background in residential and commercial construction management has proven beneficial to many of our clients. John volunteers with the local Rails to Trails organization, helping to maintain several miles of the local trail.

He also enjoys serving his local congregation as a member of the board of directors and the technical team.

As Chief Financial Officer and Inside Sales Manager, Karen serves several important roles with Church Insurance Specialists. Karen is typically involved in the process of getting new policyholders oriented with Brotherhood Mutual and up to speed on the procedures involved with their billing.

Karen also ventures out into the field to look at church buildings and to meet with both existing and potential customers. Karen enjoys building relationships with the people who invest their lives in the ministries we serve.

Outside of work, Karen serves as the bookkeeper for her local church and enjoys spending time with her husband Ron, and walking with Dexter, her German Shepherd dog.

Courtney joined the team over two years ago. As Marketing Manager, Courtney focuses on engaging new customers by developing new customer relationships through direct & indirect marketing via phone calls, emails, and/or direct mail. She enjoys being the first point of contact for new customers because she gets the opportunity to set the standard of excellence for Church Insurance Specialists, Inc. She also recently became a licensed agent for Church Insurance Specialists, Inc.

Courtney serves on the board and worship team at her local church. She also has a newfound passion for helping people find financial peace and recently became a coordinator and led Dave Ramsey’s “Financial Peace University” class at her church.
